We return to the majestic McArthur Gulch, a 480-acre expanse of land protected by the Colorado Land Board Trust that encompasses rippling grasslands, woodlands and wildlife including elk calving grounds and goshawk nesting areas. The view from the field kitchen doesn’t get much better than this. Guests audibly gasped a few years back when they saw the table revealed in a sweeping meadow of tall grass and wildflowers. Guest chef Adam Dulye is a peach: defined as sweet, agreeable and likable in every way. His exemplary demeanor means he's genuinely up for anything. And Adam’s dynamic culinary career makes him the perfect chef for this astonishing site.
STAY ON THE FARM
Fun in the field doesn’t have to end when the last dish is cleared from the table. Instead of driving off, stick around after dinner and settle in for five-star accommodations at the farm. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll rest well in your own canvas tent, outfitted for two guests. Drift off to sleep under a blanket of stars and wake up to birdsong and a continental breakfast with a view of the Rockies – the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable off-the-grid experience. Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
