In this surprising Hollywood oasis, dedicated gardeners create concentrated bursts of beauty. For these micro-farmers, one's stature is measured not with impersonal quantities like bushel and peck, but by what can be created in one’s own sliver of Eden and weighed in one's own hands. Toby Leaman, master gardener and longtime Outstanding friend, presides over the joyful riot. A lifetime of land nurtured and seeds brought to harvest, a growing community sustained, body and soul. Wattles Farm grows wonder, whimsy and camaraderie. We've invited Chef Diego Argoti, known for his delightfully chaotic flavor combinations, to create a meal fitting of this special place. Chef Diego is used to popping up anywhere and everywhere across L.A. Now that he's found a more permanent home at Poltergiest, we know he is itching to get out of the restaurant and into the field kitchen for a little adventure.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
